"Towards Venice": American actress Amy Erin Johnson visits our ancient vinegar factories

American actress Amy Erin Johnson came to visit us on the occasion of "Chasing Amy", the reality TV show in which she stars: together with Massimiliano, export manager of Acetaia Malpighi, we accompanied her to discover our Balsamic Vinegar inside the spaces of the  Tenuta del Cigno, where episode 5, season 1, of the reality show entitled "Towards Venice" was recorded. After a stroll through the vineyards to witness the grape harvest firsthand, Amy visited the brewhouse—where the must is cooked—and the ancient vinegar cellars where our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP ages in series of barrels. She then took part in a sublime experience: tasting and sampling our vinegar directly from the barrel, using a porcelain teaspoon.
