Returns and right of withdrawal

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n. 206)

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer/consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by parties other than consumers, as defined by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. Any exceptions must be agreed in writing.

The user who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to the Company via the following email address ecommerce@acetaiamalphi.it

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days. The refund will be made through the same payment methods chosen by the customer during the purchase phase. As required by the art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Company may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the buyer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back.

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

• supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;

• supply of goods that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly (e.g. perishable food products);

• supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if opened after delivery.

For this reason, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on food products that have been opened, used or without the safety seal

The returned products must be received at the Company's headquarters intact, in their original packaging complete in all its parts, as received by the customer. The return of purchased products is the responsibility of the customer pursuant to art. 57, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005.
