Salt with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Sea salt with the addition of some drops of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, obtained from cooked must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes produced by us, aged for at least 6 years in refined Durmast barrels. 
The Salt with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is perfect to enhance and enrich dishes from land and sea.

to be tasted on cooked and grilled vegetables, meat tartare, crustaceans, raw and marinated fish.
