Uses: to be used in combination with our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena,  salad, grilled and cooked vegetables, Buffalo Caprese and tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, roast meats, carpaccio, fish, legumes, pasta, soup, croutons and canapés.
