With sweet and sour, soft and harmonious flavour, delicate fragrance and low sourness.

Tips for use
It is a low-calorie product, suitable for all types of fish, on crustaceans, shellfish and caviar. To be also used in little drops poured on fresh fruit and fruit salads.
