Our DOP Extra Vecchio wins "Gran Oro" in Spain

The excellence of Aceto Balsamico continues to scale the peaks of global gastronomy. In one of the most prestigious competitions in the world dedicated to the culture and quality of vinegars, our maison has secured two major awards thanks to a product that is pure poetry of time: Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO Extra Vecchio.

The Awards: Between Gold and Grand Gold

The specialized jury of the VIII Concurso Internacional Vinagres de Calidad VINAVIN in Córdoba, Andalusia, has awarded our Collection the most coveted prizes:

  • GOLD Medal: A tribute to the harmonious fullness and high density of our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO Extra Vecchio, aged for over 25 years in precious wooden barrels.
  • GRAN ORO Award: The supreme recognition, awarded to the absolute best Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO among the winners in the Gold category.
