Delicate jelly with a marked sweet and sour flavour, based on caramelised onions and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

it perfectly accompanies all types of cheese, both fresh and matured, enhancing flavour without overtopping aroma. Advisable on roasted meat and bushmeat.
