Cotechino with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Two typical Modenese products combine to give birth to a really particular creation, absolutely to be tasted: the cotechino with “Aceto Balsamico di Modena” has got a rose-reddish colour, a typical and characteristic fragrance, an appropriately sapid flavour and an aftertaste tending to sweet and spicy. 

To be served with tasty lentils, big beans, mashed potatoes or vegetables as side dish.
