Its goodness is preserved by the Consortium to protect the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia.
Acetaia Malpighi proposes it in the varieties Gold, Silver and Lobster, that distinguish themselves on the basis of tasting result: the three selections are presented in a 100 ml clear glass cruet, with a practical dispenser.
