Zucchini Tart with Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Scuola di Alta Cucina, we have developed a delicious recipe to enjoy all the goodness of Zucchini, which at this time of year release their full flavor, enhanced and enhanced by the intense flavor of our organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. obtained from a selection of organically grown grapes and organic wine vinegar, at our Tenuta del Cigno farm, aged in fine wooden barrels that give it a bold, full-bodied flavor.
Here are the ingredients for 4 people, to make the Zucchini Tart with Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena:
- 200g zucchini Dark potatoes
- 150g potatoes
- 80g egg
- 30g breadcrumbs
- Salt and black pepper
- Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Boil the potatoes whole with their skins; once cooked, peel and mash them. Boil the zucchini for a few minutes, then cool them in ice water to preserve their color.
Mix all the ingredients well until smooth. Fill molds of the desired shape and bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 35 minutes.Serve hot with Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
