Taste 19 - 7/9 February 2026 - Fortezza da Basso (FI)

From February 7th to 9th, 2026, we will be attending the 19th edition of Taste, the Pitti Immagine food fair dedicated to showcasing excellence and trends in contemporary food and wine culture.

We look forward to welcoming you at Stand L/9 (Central Pavilion, Ground Floor). Come and discover the finest products from our Collection, all created from a raw material of outstanding quality: the typical Modenese grapes grown in our family estate, "Tenuta del Cigno".

Our grapes undergo a soft, slow pressing followed by cooking in open vessels over direct heat. The result of these initial steps is the grape must—the very essence and foundation of all Acetaia Malpighi products, renowned for their unique organoleptic characteristics.
