We hosted the American crew of the program Places to Love , hosted by journalist Samantha Brown and broadcast on   PBS .

An intense day – coordinated by   Modenatur   And 0.9)"> APT Services   Emilia Romagna – to showcase Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to an international audience. Francesca will be present for the Stanguellini Museum, another Modena landmark.

From risotto with balsamic vinegar to cooking in the garden with chef Stefano Corghi, to Massimiliano's story about the history and uniqueness of our product.
Not to mention Ermes's "pampering" of our barrels and a final tasting that spoke for itself.

We're excited to see the episode and proud to have been part of a project that brings Modena and Emilia-Romagna to the world.
