Acetaia Malpighi on the set of "Laundry Heroes," the dramedy filmed in Modena, Vignola, and Guiglia.

Acetaia Malpighi has also chosen to support the dramedy “Laundry Heroes” , conceived and directed by Vincenzo Malara and filmed between Modena, Vignola and Guiglia, on the Amazon Prime Video Italia platform in 2026.

"Laundry Heroes" is a dramatic comedy that blends irony, romance, and introspection. Set in a laundromat, it depicts the suspended and somewhat disoriented world of those who, amidst the hustle and bustle of contemporary life, search for a starting point. It's not just a story filmed in Modena, but also a true narrative born of the region, its atmospheres, and its everyday places, capable of transforming into universal narrative spaces.
The project is being managed by executive producer Giuseppe Milazzo Andreani, who previously worked on Claudio Fragasso's new horror film, along with producer Alberto De Venezia. Milazzo Andreani will oversee the series on behalf of Terik Film Productions, Human Film International, Nevada Film, and Scirocco Barocco Creation. Alongside the producers, the Municipality of Modena plays a key role in supporting the project, alongside the Municipalities of Vignola and Guiglia for the new filming.
