In our company, the quality of the woods for our ancient barrels and noble vines has been accurately selected.
A past made of slow gestures and attentive care, of ancient wisdom that in these typical lands lives in and is passed on by the noble Malpighi family strain, lingers inside our ancient acetaie. 

It is thanks to our traditions that we are able to guarantee quality, continuity and improvement of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena  "Malpighi" day after day: the recognitions we have obtained confirm it.

  • 2024: Acetaia Malpighi is honored with the special award “Eccellenze e Tradizioni del Gusto Italiane” at the Italy Food Awards; additionally, it receives the “International Innovation & Excellence Award” in the category of Luxury Condiment Producer of the Year (Corporate LiveWire Global Awards); Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Oro receives the gold medal for the Usi Vinegar Competition, Saporoso receives the silver medal in the same competition.

  • 2023: Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Extravecchio Malpighi has been selected as the best traditional family vinegar at the 18th Palio della Ghirlandina by the Expert Tasters Association. 

  • 2022: 30 Travasi is honored with a prestigious Gold Quality Award Monde Selection 2022; 30 Travasi selected among the top 100 by the CIBUS technical jury coordinated by Food Editore

  • 2021: Saporoso the "Best Luxury Balsamic in the World"; Malpighi Balsamic Vinegar wins special mention at the Emilia Romagna Food Awards 2021, the first Oscar dedicated to agrifood producers sponsored by the Emilia-Romagna Region, Mipaaf and Coldiretti; 

  • 2020: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP "Platino" receives the Top50 Award at the first 2020 edition of the International Taste Awards, ranking among the best 50 products in the competition. Our IGP Platino also receives the gold medal with the label of "outstanding product"; in the same competition Prelibato receives the bronze medal;
