Jelly based on the Prelibato, the Malpighi White Dressing obtained from Modenese Trebbiano grapes, the must of which ages for at least 5 years in Ash wood barrels.
It is obtained with natural fruit pectin.
Just one teaspoon will be enough to captivate you!

on all types of cheese, in particular on pecorino cheese and goat milk cheese.
