Fragolina Jelly

Jelly based on strawberries and Prelibato, the Malpighi White Dressing obtained from Modenese Trebbiano grapes, the must of which ages for at least 5 years in Ash wood barrels.   
In this jelly, the sweet and sour flavour of the white Condiment espouses the goodness of strawberries, such a delicious and tasty fruit. Fragolina is obtained with natural fruit pectin.

Tips for use:
to be tasted with all types of fresh and matured cheese, or to accompany cured meats and fried gnocco or tigelle.
