New pack for Saporoso, the Modena Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Just over 20 years after its launch we have chosen to give a new face to Saporoso, our historic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena condiment which revolutionized the world of Balsamic Vinegar

It is characterized by:

  • the minimalist, elegant and slender line
  • the red cap and font evoke emotions of passion and energy
  • the embossed writing that features the brand on both sides: an exclusive element that undoubtedly highlights the product

Saporoso is a product with a strong identity, conveyed by a naming that suggests characteristics of flavor and pleasantness on the palate and which is also a promise for the final consumer. This soft and full-bodied condiment, with "similar" characteristics to the "dense" Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO but with a less exclusive and more "carefree" use in the kitchen, creates an experience of consumption unique and unforgettable due to its particular organoleptic characteristics: it recalls pressed cherries and mustard and the scent of plum on the palate.

The choice of a pack that summarizes the utmost attention to the identity of our products, the change in design which - as the automotive world teaches us - allows the product to be dynamic and remain relevant and competitive in the reference market, in this case food.
The new packaging, designed and created after long and careful research by our Design and Planning Office, is sustainable because "Made in glass", recyclable, the first choice for those who pay attention to health, food safety and the environment.
 

THE THREE AGES OF SAPOROSO

Let's retrace its history together for a moment.

The product was born in 2004, with a very strong identity: it is our first dark condiment, designed after an in-depth market analysis which revealed the lack of a "mid-range" product positioned, in terms of use and consumption, between Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.
Younger, more sour and fruitier than these two great Made in Modena excellences, Saporoso brings a fresh and dynamic intuition to the world of Balsamic Vinegar, adding a pinch of creativity in everyday cooking: on vegetables, cooked or raw, on salads, roasts and game, but also on first courses such as creamed risottos and cocktails.
In 2014, on the occasion of the first ten years of life, the first image restyling of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Condiment: a more sophisticated, elegant package, with soft and decisive lines.
Today, in 2024, we dedicate a new visual evolution to the historic condiment that revolutionized the world of Balsamic Vinegar.
