Report damaged package

HOW TO BEHAVE IN CASE OF A DAMAGED NECK :

It is necessary to sign the consignment note with a SPECIFIC RESERVATION OF INSPECTION (e.g., inspection reservation: broken, opened, or crushed package, wet package, one package received instead of two, etc.)

If the courier refuses to allow you to sign for the goods with reservations, you will need to REJECT THE GOODS . We will contact the courier and reschedule the delivery as soon as possible.

Any complaints regarding the package received must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date, accompanied by photographic documentation highlighting any damage to the goods.
