In Modena, in one of the most beautiful and suggestive squares in our town, in front of the Palazzo Ducale (Ducal Palace), you can find our Showroom.

Here our free of charge Educational tours in Italian and foreign languages take place, concerning the production of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, true excellence of the Made in Italy.
Thanks to the exposition of an actually operating battery of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Extra-old DOP and of an ancient glass pipette for the wine, we can show our visitors the pouring and reinforcements techniques.

Explanations can be given in Italian, English and French, Spanish.

After that, the visitors are offered free of charge a rich tasting: together with the Main product, the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, it is possible to taste the Collection Malpighi products.
Tasting is made “vertically” to gradually accustom the palate to the many different flavours of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, passing from the youngest Vinegar to the oldest one.
