Little and soft, sweet and sour pearls with a liquid heart consisting of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, a condiment obtained from cooked must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes produced by us, aged for at least 6 years in refined Durmast barrels,
Perfect to give a refined and tasty touch to all courses, they are characterised by a strong, sweet and sour flavour.

Tips for use:
to be tasted with chicken liver, caramelized chicken, buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes caprese, roasted meat, fresh and matured cheese, bushmeat, in a ‘sweet’ version on vanilla ice-creams and semifreddo.
