Our mission, our values
We have a very clear corporate mission and we have always carried forward our values linked to an ancient tradition , which as such must be protected and preserved:
- all the vinegars and condiments of the Malpighi Collection are obtained only with quality raw materials , the grapes from the family vineyards;
- the blends are personally studied by Massimo and Ermes Malpighi: ours is a family business, which has carried on the tradition of Balsamic Vinegar for five generations;
- they are only found in selected distribution channels : they are not present in large-scale retail trade (GDO);
- we say no to first prices, we do not make icings or cheap products, our products are not thickened with caramel or other ingredients;
- Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP represents our core business : we are the reference in the world of DOP and among the founding members of the Consortium.
All these elements represent our added value, what we believe in, what we are committed to doing every day.
