White Condiment Pearls

Little and soft, sweet and sour pearls with a liquid heart consisting of the Malpighi White Condiment, obtained from the best Modenese Trebbiano grapes, the must of which ages for at least 5 years in Ash wood barrels. 
When opened, they emanate an intense aroma and a fruity flavour; they are perfect to give a refined and creative touch to all dishes.  

Delicious with appetizers on canapés, finger food, salmon, oysters, mixed fried fish, meat carpaccio, octopus salad, cold rice, cooked and battered vegetables, foie gras, cheese, vegetables.
