To realize our line Flavoured Condiments we “gleaned” from our century-long experience in the production of cooked must and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, following the same production techniques, to obtain Condiments that are very innovative, as much as natural and with ingredients of excellent quality. 

It is true that the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP cannot be distorted in its characteristics, but we can create innovation with its derivations, giving life to new combinations: saffron, truffle, date, maple syrup, juicy Southern figs and oranges, first-quality Italian apples for these Condiments that will move new emotions in cooking!
