A “balsamic” version of the most gourmet Easter dessert: our Colomba with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Cream.
A very special delicacy: the soft and delicious dough mixes with a cream based on the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena  obtained from the must of grapes from the family vines, looked after for at least three years in ancient barrels of centuries-old wood. 

Incredibly delicate, our Colomba with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena cream leaves on the palate a slightly sour note that does not prevail on the rest, perfectly balancing the sweetness of the dough and of the top, realized with sugar grains and whole almonds.

A product that combines tradition and artisanship, using – as usual in our family’s tradition – ingredients of absolute quality.
