A box set dedicated to fans of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The three versions of Balsamic Vinegar - Gold, Silver and Bronze - are made from cooked must produced by the Malpighi Family and from wine vinegar left to mature for a long time in French oak barrels.
The quality of each product is guaranteed by the presence of the "PGI mark" of origin attributed by the European Union, which means that Acetaia Malpighi has followed and respected the strict production rules set out in the production regulations and uses a raw material of excellent quality that can only be produced in the prosperous lands of Modena.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Bronze: density 1,22. A versatile product with a sweet, rounded flavour, to be used every day on salads and cooked and raw vegetables, roast meats, carpaccio and boiled meats, poured in small drops on risottos, buffalo caprese, fried vegetables, fresh strawberries and homemade cream ice cream.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Gold: density 1,34. High density, full sweet and sour flavour with hints of sweet fruit, intense and enveloping aroma. It gives its best on Parmigiano Reggiano flakes and pears, fresh strawberries, risotto and escalopes, foie gras, pancakes with squash flowers, meat carpaccio and fish tartare, sushi and sashimi.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Argento: density 1,28. Clear and bright appearance, bouquet of fruity aromas with woody notes and medium level density. Delicious on vegetable salads, omelettes, buffalo and tomato caprese, roast meats, carpaccio and boiled meats; poured in small drops on risottos, buffalo caprese, fried and battered dishes, semifreddi and fresh fruit salads.
