Summer closures

The Acetaia Malpighi offices (located in Via Emilia Est) will be closed from Monday 5 August to Sunday 25 August inclusive.

The Taste & Tour office, where free educational balsamic vinegar is held in Italian and foreign languages, will remain open in August only by reservation: guided tours can be booked by calling +39 059 467725, or by writing an email to tour @

The Piazza Roma showroom in Modena will be closed to the public on 15 and 20 August.
On other days, the hours of the store remain: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday open from 10am to 1.30pm and from 2pm to 6.30pm – Saturday from 10.30am to 1.30pm and from 2pm to 7pm – closed Mondays and Sundays.

Wednesday, April 17th Massimo Malpighi will be present at the Fondaco dei Tedeschi by Dfs In La Corte to talk about Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP together with the food and wine journalist Antonio Paolini: appointment at 6 pm at the Fondaco headquarters in Calle del Fontego dei Tedeschi, Venice .
