Plain Ice Cream: 1 kg of plain ice cream, 7-8 coffee spoon of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 25 years, minced hazelnut.

Whip the vanilla ice cream with drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 25 years, serve the ice cream, in bowl with the minced hazelnut.

Strawberry and wild fruits ice cream: 1 kg of strawberry and wild fruits ice cream, 10 tea spoons of Saporoso, the balsamic condiment Malpighi, fresh strawberries.

Whip the strawberry and wild fruits ice cream with drops of Saporoso, the balsamic condiment Malpighi. Serve the ice cream in bowl with thin sliced fresh strawberries.

Vanilla ice cream: 1 kg vanilla ice crean, 20 drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 12 years.

Whip the chocolate ice cream with the 5/6 coffee spoon of apple balsamic condiment Malpighi, serve the ice cream in bowl, with 5/6 coffee spoon of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 25 years and whipped cream.
