Acetaia Malpighi collaborates with several Cooking Schools, like IFSE - Scuola di Alta Cucina e Pasticceria (School of Haute Cuisine and Pastry-making), to disseminate the knowledge about the great Italian excellence: the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP, a result of the particular soil and climate characteristics and of the variety of grapes typically cultivated in the Modenese area.
